Returns & Shipping Policy

For orders placed online the following returns policy is applicable:

  1. We require proof of purchase – product must be returned with original email receipt.
  2. Product must be returned within 5 days from shipment arrival
  3. Product must be returned in original condition with original packaging
  4. Telstat Communications will not incur the cost of return postage.

Providing the above criteria is met, goods may be returned for the following reason:

  1. Faulty product(s)
  2. Product is not as described.

Product(s) may be repaired or exchanged at the discretion of Telstat Communications.

Please note: No refunds will be given for orders placed online for change of mind.

Shipping Information

We use different courier companies based on your location and package size  to deliver your order. Items are shipped within 1-2 days of your placing the order, unless the item is backordered, in which case you will be promptly notified. It will typically take 1-6 days from shipment before you will receive your order. We will notify you if there are any likely delays in shipping your order.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not ship large items to PO Box addresses.

You can pick up your order from our store in Endeavour Hills. Please give atleast 24 hours’ notice if you wish to do so.
