We use different courier companies and Australia Post based on your location and package size to deliver your order. Items are shipped within 1-2 days of your placing the order, unless the item is backordered, in which case you will be promptly notified. It will typically take 1-6 business days from shipment before you will receive your order. We will notify you if there are any likely delays in shipping your order.

Once configured, a single push of the assistance button will send a message to the GEOS’ 24/7 emergency response centre, who will get in touch with you, and liaise with the most appropriate emergency services to get you the help you need.
